I may not know where my life is going—I don’t know what my life will be like in a year, a month, or even a week from now…but, I do know that tomorrow is a crucial day for America. This election is about so much more than who will run our country; this election determines the path we will take over the next four years. Please, take the time to vote tomorrow and make your voice heard. What kind of President do you want? Personally, I do not want a President who treats our country like a business looking only at numbers; I want a President who cares about the people not just that other 53%. I am voting for a President who promotes equality for ALL regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation, or class. I know that tomorrow I will be one of the few in my community voting to re-elect President Obama. Even my Electoral College representatives will most likely be voting for Romney, but I am voting regardless. I do not vote for myself, I vote for my country and I urge you to do the same. I am voting for my friends in hopes that one day they will be able to marry the ones that they love regardless of gender. I am voting for students out there like me who are able to go to school because President Obama doubled funding for Pell Grants. I am voting for women everywhere who deserve to make their own decisions regarding their bodies. I am voting for progress. I may not know what the future holds, but I do hope that tomorrow at this time America will have made a decision that we can be proud of. So please, please, please, take the time to vote tomorrow. Your vote is your voice—make sure it is heard.
